THE ROLE
The In-Seat Runner position will be responsible for delivering Food and Beverage from the kitchen or bar to the guest’s seat or other pick-up location. They will provide exceptional guest service while working collectively and cooperatively with the food expeditors and In-seat servers to ensure orders are correctly fulfilled and in a timely manner. They may also be tasked with keeping the club grab and go locations stocked and organized.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support the service staff by running food and beverage products. Receive food and beverage orders from an expediter and deliver them to proper locations in a timely organized manner. Stock and Restock Grab and go snack, candy and beverage locations Keep snacks and beverages organized in an attractive and functional manner Knowledge of the building and pertinent Seat and Pick-up locations. Must be knowledgeable of food, beverage, and menu items. Adhere to the Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines. Performs opening, closing, stocking and side work duties as assigned. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to interact with guests in order to assure guest satisfaction Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations (including food allergens), service standards, guest relations and etiquette Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications (Smart Serve) Must be able to read, speak and write English Language proficiently in order to communicate with guests and other team members. Ability to work most Sporting events (with minimum availability of 80% of events) including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards. Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training WORKING CONDITIONSLocation: On Site
