Offer strategic guidance and supervision to the project management team, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality criteria.
Lead the complete project management and execution of Real Estate projects from start to finish.
Take charge of civil, MEP, and finishing components of construction projects, guaranteeing adherence to building codes and regulations.
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to promote project achievements, involving design, legal, finance, operations, HSE, and other relevant fields.
Develop Contract packages, engage in negotiations, and awarding contracts in coordination with the techno commercial team.
Oversee the planning and management of projects, which involves allocating budgets, controlling costs, and providing financial reports.
Decide on the priorities for project implementation to make sure that funds are used efficiently.
Analyze company expenditure, financial, and operational reports to identify the necessary steps for increasing profitability.
Establish and maintain strong work relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as government authorities, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.
Identify training needs of self and team to improve productivity.
Implement development programs to enhance team capabilities.
Plan for succession to ensure the smooth continuation of construction.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Master’s degree in project management or business administration is preferred
Minimum of 25 years of progressive experience in the Real Estate industry
Demonstrated track record of successful project management and delivery
Proven leadership experience in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards
