Lazada Express is the Logistics arm of the Lazada Group and is structured operating Business Units of"Express" with own B2C last mile delivery capabilities from pick-up to sort to delivery.We are building an innovative, highly visible, low cost logistics network and we are growing biggerthan ever. Our Hub team is now looking for a Manager, Hub with the details below.
Responsibilities:
1、Oversee the operational performance of multiple logistics hubs within a designated cluster, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods while maintaining high service standards.2、Develop and implement strategies to optimize hub operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction in collaboration with the central logistics team.3、Manage and motivate a team of supervisors and operational staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement.4、Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, first-time delivery success rates, and customer complaints, taking corrective actions as needed.5、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, customer service, and transportation to align on processes and address any operational issues.6、Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and safety standards across all hub operations within the cluster.7、Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes to enhance efficiency.
