\n\nPosition Purpose
\nThe Cluster Payroll Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the payroll functions across multiple hotels within the cluster. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and provides support and guidance to the payroll team.

Duties & Key Responsibilities
\nPayroll Processing
\n\nOversee the preparation and processing of payroll for all hotels within the cluster, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.\nVerify and reconcile payroll data, including hours worked, overtime, deductions, and benefits.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and labor laws.\n\nCompliance and Reporting
\n\nEnsure all payroll-related taxes and statutory deductions are accurately calculated and remitted on time.\nPrepare and submit required payroll reports to management and regulatory bodies.\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and ensure compliance across the cluster.\n\nSystem Management
\n\nManage payroll systems and software, ensuring data integrity and security.\nImplement and maintain payroll procedures and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.\nTroubleshoot and resolve payroll system issues in collaboration with IT and software vendors.\n\nAudit and Reconciliation
\n\nConduct regular audits of payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance.\nReconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.\nPrepare and review payroll-related journal entries and account reconciliations.\n\nContinuous Improvement
\n\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in payroll management.\nStay informed about industry trends and changes in payroll regulations.\nLead or participate in payroll-related projects and initiatives.\nRequirements
\n\nExtensive experience in payroll processing and management, preferably within the hospitality industry.\nStrong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws.\nProficiency in payroll software and systems.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with owners, stakeholders, and team member\nProficiency in English and Vietnamese; additional languages are a plus.\n\n\nQualifications
\n\nA bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. \nExcel proficiency.\n
