Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a CM Support Lead - Senior Business Analyst to lead a critical support services program for a federal organization responsible for safeguarding critical infrastructure, enhancing national security, and coordinating efforts to protect against evolving threats.  The program will provide high level support to their Council Management subdivision, Office of the Chief of Staff, and International Affairs subdivision with focus on program and project performance analysis, planning, technical subject matter expertise, and development of information products, as well as administrative services, including SharePoint and Office 365 support.

 

The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

Provides overall support to various advisory councils and other critical infrastructure committees.

Conducts research and analysis on critical infrastructure and cybersecurity policy issues, developing briefings and presenting findings to senior government officials.

Performs member sector research to identify gaps in capabilities for the annual membership analysis.

Monitors and analyzes recommendations from advisory committees, ensuring compliance with tracking and reporting SOPs, and preparing progress reports.

Offers research and writing support for enhancing space systems critical infrastructure security, including compliance and federal officer functions.

Applies FACA knowledge to provide compliance expertise for council committees, ensuring adherence to DHS and FACA guidelines.

Supports federal advisory committee meeting planning, ensuring FACA compliance and conducting pre- and post-meeting analyses to maximize engagement success.

Provides senior cybersecurity subject matter expertise by researching and analyzing cybersecurity and physical threats, and developing study topics for relevant committees.

Drafts and tailors communication products (e.g., emails, media advisories, blog posts) to different audiences, ensuring clear and concise messaging.

Attends and provides logistical support for council meetings, including venue research, registration, meeting facilitation, note-taking, and coordination with senior executives and government officials.

Qualifications

Clearance Required: TS/SCI

 

Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science (BA/BS) degree in a business-related field.

10+ years of experience with a contract of similar scope and value. 

Required Skills:

Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze complex issues.

Strong writing and presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Familiarity with FACA requirements and DHS guidelines.

Experience in planning and executing meetings and events.

Knowledge of cybersecurity and critical infrastructure protection.
