Hours: Full and Part Time Positions Available Shifts Available: AM Shift 6AM to 2:30pm Evening Shift 2pm to 10:30PM Overnight Shift 10PM to 6:30AM Licensure: Active or Expired Nebraska CMA License, Nebraska CNA License preferred also Primary Duties and Responsibilities: + Provide a variety or services to maintain and support activities of daily living for our residents under the supervision of a nurse + Assist with daily living activities for residents, including social interaction, and community connection + Monitoring vitals and patient behavior and reporting them to the nursing and medical staff + Assist the nurses and other staff as needed + Administer constant, quality care and service to help our residents maintain their independence + Administer daily routine/prn medications to resident's Other Requirements: + Active/Expired Nebraska CMA license + Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service, patience, empathy and compassion + Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking and reading comprehension + Good collaboration and teamwork skills + Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities + In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations + Familiarity with symptoms and signs of improvement for a number of medical conditions + Comfortable working with specific populations of patients, including elderly patients and those with special needs + Physical strength and stamina Apply today!
