CMA/LPN/Medical Assistant - Specialty Care

As a medical assistant at Amery Hospital and Clinic, you will assist the physician/provider with all activities related to a patient/provider encounter that includes activities prior to, as a result of, and after the clinic visit that includes working on inbound/outbound health-line calls, entering encounters and voicemails and supporting the clinic team as a whole in all capacities as needed. Being flexible and willing to change same day job duty responsibilities with little notice is important in this role.

Work Schedule: 

.9 FTE/36 hours weekly. 4 days per week, Monday - Friday day time hours

Required Qualifications:

High School diploma/equivalent. Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (MA, CMA or RMA) or current LPN licensure in the State of Wisconsin Current BLS certification required within 6 months of hire and maintained while employed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prefer a minimum of 1 year of CMA, RMA or LPN experience. Demonstrates keyboarding skill and computer knowledge.  Experience with EPIC system.
