\n \n Job Description

Large HOA community in Canton, Georgia of over 1000 homes and growing, seeks a full-time Events Coordinator/Administrative Assistant. The community features resort-style amenities with diverse and active residents of all ages who appreciate a full calendar of events and activities.

The position includes the following:

\n\nCreating, marketing, and executing events and activities for the residents.\nProvide help to existing homeowners with questions on modifications to their property.\nAssist residents with amenity rentals.\nAssist the Property Manager with administrative duties related to residents.\nOverseeing communication to the residents through a monthly newsletter, social media, and email blasts.\n\n

The successful candidate will require the following qualities to be successful in this role:

\n\nOrganizational skills and attention to detail.\nOutgoing personality and proficient in customer relations.\nCreativity a must! Must be able to organize and plan large scale events.\nBe able to multi-task and function in sometimes high stress situations.\n\n

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

\n\nCreating and executing events and activities for all age groups.\nKnowledge of computer systems, including Word, Excel, web-based tools, and social media.\nAdministrative experience.\nProperty Management experience preferred.\n\n

Job Types: Full-time

\n

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

\n

Schedule:

\n\n8 hour shift (40 hours per week)\nMonday to Friday\nWeekend availability\n\n Requirements

Experience:

\n\nMicrosoft Office: 4 years (Preferred)\nEvent planning: 2 years (Preferred)\nAdministrative: 2 years (Preferred)\n\n

Environmental Job Requirements:

\n\nPrimarily located in a comfortable indoor area but will require some time spent outside inspecting the community.\nDemands accuracy.\nMay be involved in difficult situations.\nMinimum Qualifications: Must pass a background check.\nPreferred skills in Vantaca HOA Accounting software, Strongroom AP System.\n\n
