Purpose:
\nTo work with the Board of Directors (BOD) to provide guidance and improve the overall quality of living in Homeowners Associations (HOA) and Condominium Associations. Property managers serve as the liaison and expert between the BOD, homeowners, committees, and vendors.
\n\nNature and Scope:
\n\nInteract directly with BOD, HOA, and Vendors\nHelps uphold the covenants and standards set in an HOA or condominium\nWork with your respective Division Manager, Administrative Assistant, and Accountant in order to accomplish tasks for associations\n\n\nMajor Tasks and Responsibilities:
\n\nCreating draft budgets\nMonitors budgets and expenses on behalf of clients\nCompile letters, newsletters, management reports, and board packets\nCreates and manages monthly action items list for each property\nAttends monthly meetings with clients and division\nMaintain consistent office hours as designated by the Division Manager\nReceives service requests for repairs or maintenance of property, and reports issues to the Board of Directors in a timely manner\n\n\nEnvironmental Job Requirements:
\n\nPrimarily located in a comfortable indoor area but will require some time spent outside inspecting and visiting properties\nDemands accuracy\nMay be involved in difficult situations\nMinimum Qualifications:\nMust have an active Florida Community Association Management (CAM) License or obtain it before date of hire, as well as maintain it.\nMust pass a background check\nPreferred skills in Vantaca HOA Accounting software, Strongroom AP System\n\nJob Type:Full-time
\n\nSalary:$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
