McFarland Clinic is currently accepting application for CMA for its Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.
Responsibilities include: Vitals, rooming patients; verification of medication lists, injections, prior authorizations, assist with allergy skin test. Position comes with competitive clinic pay and valuable benefits package.
Education
Graduate from an accredited program for Medical AssistantsCertification/License
Certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or certification as a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) from American Medical Technologist (AMT), NAHP, NCCT, NHA. Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers.Days: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Experience
Experience in medical office setting preferred. Experience with Epic preferred. Allergy experience preferred.Benefits
