**Hiring for CMM Inspector in Monroe, WA!** **Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled CMM Inspector to inspect machined components, sheet metal components, purchased products and standards, raw materials, assembled products, and outside processing for conformance to engineering drawings and specifications. This role also involves providing leadership and training for other CMM inspectors. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret aerospace manufacturing drawings, including tolerances, customer specifications, and technical requirements. + Operate CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) to dimensionally inspect product. + Manually inspect parts using CMM. + Interpret CMM results to accurately compare product to engineering drawings/specifications and electronic models. + Create and edit CMM programs in both online and offline mode. + Accurately compare product to engineering drawings/specifications, purchase orders, and manufacturing orders using common manual inspection equipment (e.g., PCM’s, height gage, dial indicators, calipers, micrometers, protractors, profilometers, bore gauges) to accept or reject product to customer engineering requirements. + Document product acceptance/rejection on manufacturing order, process any necessary rejection documentation, and perform various MRP system functions. + Perform Rockwell and Eddy Current testing for product acceptance. **Essential Skills** + A minimum of 10 years hands-on inspection experience operating a CMM in a regulated industry. + Three to five years (recent) inspection experience operating a CMM in the aerospace industry. + Certification in Advanced Level CAD systems (CATIA and AutoCAD). + Leadership experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 3-5 years of CMM inspection experience from an aerospace environment. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, along with a Health Savings Account and supplemental benefits.
