**Job Title: CMM Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CMM Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing layout inspections of parts, assemblies, and inspection fixtures and gages using a CMM. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards. **Responsibilities** + Perform layout inspections of parts, assemblies, and inspection fixtures and gages using a CMM. + Work with machines such as CMM (PCDMIS), Polyworks with Rommer Arm, and Tarus single Arm. + Inspect manufactured parts to ensure that hole locations, contour measurements, and shapes conform within tolerances to specifications. + Edit dimensional programs for the CMM as needed. + Interpret and work with blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, and geometric dimensioning and tolerances. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in operating CMM machines. + Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with PCDMIS. + CMM Programming skills. + Knowledge of MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis) and SPC (Statistical Process Control) - training provided. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team that values precision, innovation, and continuous improvement. We offer flexible shift options with 1st shift (6am-2pm) and 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) available.
