CMM Programmer
Hiring for a Inspector/CMM Programmer

Job Description

• Develops, maintains, and generates CMM programs used to inspect and verify production.

• Perform product inspections in accordance with drawings, routings, and customer requirements.

• Measures, tests, and monitors product and process quality.

• Assists in developing and maintaining IM Keyence programs.

• Create Certificates of Conformance / Cert Packages.

• Safeguards our customers from receiving poor quality products.

• Observes all applicable safety rules and reports unsafe conditions or potential safety hazards.

• Receives daily direction and support from Quality Manager/Engineer.

• Performs all work in accordance with acceptable quality standards.

• Maintains an accurate record of all work performed in the appropriate company format/form.

• Maintains work area, tools, and equipment in a neat, clean manner in concert with 5S requirements.

Hard Skills1-2 years of CMM Programming experience (Keyence IM)How to navigate and use 3D ModelsUnderstand GD&TUnderstands and knows how to read complex drawingsComputer Experience

Work Environment1st Shift 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday.Large manufacturing building with over 10 different departments. 100 people on site.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00
