**Job Title: CMM Programmer** **Job Description** As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for programming either a Faro or arm-style CMM using Verisurf software. This role involves programming the CMM, inspecting parts, utilizing GD&T and blueprints, and writing documentation. You will also monitor non-conformant material (NCM). Training on the software will be provided. **Responsibilities** + Program the CMM using Verisurf software. + Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met. + Utilize GD&T and blueprints for accurate inspections. + Write detailed documentation of inspection results. + Monitor non-conformant material (NCM). **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience as a Quality Control Inspector in a machine shop. + Proven experience in inspection and documenting results. + Competence in interpreting technical drawings and specifications. + Proficiency in using microscopes, measuring, and test equipment. + Ability to check dimensions, squareness, hole locations, surface relationships, finish material defects, and mechanical strength of products. + Experience in using PCs and Microsoft Office software applications. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 3+ years of CMM programming experience. + 3+ years of experience as a Quality Technician in a manufacturing setting. + 2+ years of GD&T experience. + Knowledge of quality control terminology and familiarity with ISO 9001:2008 Standards. + Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. **Why Work Here?** We offer a dynamic work environment where you can grow your skills in quality assurance and CMM programming.
