CMM Programmer & Inspector

Below are some details about the position:

BENEFITS: YES PAY: $25-31 depending on experienceSCHEDULE/ENVIRONMENT: On-site, guaranteed 10 hours of OT weekly - 1st shift, Mon-Fri

Description:

- Will be on a Quality team, ideally in a hybrid role as a CMM Programmer & Inspector

- Program and use Zeiss CMM for all product measurements

- Complete first article, in process, and final inspection of parts.

- Utilizing hand gauges to perform inspections on parts

- Will ensure that all parts are meeting customer and industry specifications

- Complete all documentation and paperwork following process and standards

 MUST HAVES:

- 3-5 years of experience in a quality role

- CMM experience, preferably Calypso programming language by Zeiss (will consider other equipment and languages like PC-DMIS by Hexagon, ZONE3, Renishaw, Mitutoyo, or PolyWorks)

- Knowledge of GD&T and precision machinery - ability to read and interpret drawings

- Must have great attitude and energetic

- Ideally a hybrid mix of both CMM Programming and CMM Operating experience

- Hands on inspection experience with hand gauges

NICE TO HAVES:

- Experience performing first article and in process inspections

- Knowledge of Aerospace standards within AS 9100
