Key Responsibilities + Perform complex inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure the quality and accuracy of our products. + Develop and implement CMM programs for inspection and measurement. + Analyze measurement data and interpret results to identify quality issues and trends. + Generate detailed inspection reports and documentation. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues. + Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency. We Value + Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. + ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) certification. + Experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry. + Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + FAA Repair and Overhaul (R&O) experience. + A&P License.
