As a CMM Quality Inspector here at Honeywell, you\nwill play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products\nthrough the use of Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). You will be responsible\nfor performing complex inspections, analyzing measurement data, and providing\ndetailed reports to support our manufacturing processes. Your expertise in CMM\nprogramming, operation, and interpretation of measurement results will be\nessential in maintaining the highest standards of quality and precision.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the quality\nand reliability of our products, ensuring that they meet or exceed customer\nexpectations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to\nidentify and resolve quality issues, implement process improvements, and drive\ncontinuous improvement initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

Perform complex inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure the quality and accuracy of our products.Develop and implement CMM programs for inspection and measurement.Analyze measurement data and interpret results to identify quality issues and trends.Generate detailed inspection reports and documentation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

You Must Have

Experience as a CMM Inspector.Strong knowledge and experience in CMM programming, operation, and interpretation of measurement results.Proficiency in using CMM software and equipment.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

We Value

Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) certification.Experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry.Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.FAA Repair and Overhaul (R&O) experience.A&P License.
