Job Title: CMMS Administrator
Job Description
The CMMS Administrator will manage work orders generated by the system when maintenance is required. This involves routing work orders through Oracle for approval, facilitating the printing and distribution of work orders to outside contractors, and ensuring the proper closure of work orders. The role also includes data entry, particularly related to new asset creation, updates, and scheduling, as well as the filing and archival of calibration certificates. General administrative tasks as requested by the Engineering Manager are also part of the role.
Responsibilities
+ Manage work orders from generation to closure, including routing through Oracle for approval.
+ Facilitate the printing and distribution of work orders to outside contractors.
+ Ensure proper closure of work orders by emailing and closing out forms.
+ Perform data entry for new asset creation, updates, and scheduling.
+ Support work order closure and clean-up.
+ File and archive calibration certificates.
+ Handle general administrative tasks as requested by the Engineering Manager.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of data entry experience, preferably in manufacturing, facilities, or maintenance.
+ Experience with MRP systems (Oracle preferred, transitioning to SAP in 2025).
+ Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP's.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Strong administrative support capabilities.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment
This position requires onsite work five days a week, from 8am to 5pm. The CMMS Administrator will be part of a team of about a dozen people, working closely together to ensure the smooth operation of the maintenance and facilities functions.
