CMMS Manager Job ID 201046 Posted 13-Jan-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Building Management Location(s) Atlanta - Georgia - United States of America **About The Role:** As a CBRE CMMS Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the staff that provides software support, technical assistance, and the development of internal management systems. This role is part of the Business Systems Job Function. They are responsible for working with internal partners and business units to develop, install and enhance new and current systems **What You'll Do:** + Provide formal supervision to employees. Supervise the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. + Coordinate and develop the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. + Spearhead Work Order Management System for a Global Portfolio. + Conduct monthly work order audits and lead IFM Data Enhancement program. + Create and/or customize automated reports to Operation Teams and Vendors. + Track CBRE and Vendor performance to identify opportunities of improvement. + Work with Finance on system integration. + Deploy Asset Data Collection App (ADCT) globally by providing training and management support. + Lead monthly meetings with the 4 regions to review process, building list, present improvements in the system, Q&A, review program status, etc. + Migrate our account to the new system IFM (new SI7) + Respond to and resolve technical and system issues within a variety of software packages. Resolve questions and problems within the department. Document issues, resolutions, or other actions using an incident management system. + Assist the team with the installation of basic system migrations. This also includes new clients, system implementations, and upgrades. + Ensure that all supported systems are following established standard methodologies, regulatory requirements, CAPP, and internal and external controls. + Identify process and system improvements. Participate in internally driven projects to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. Recommend implementing functional operational programs and procedures. + Communicate ongoing feedback on team, project, and department impact of projects. Present team and client facing training for system overviews, changes, and new system deliveries. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. + Apply knowledge of own subject area and how own field integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. + Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately sophisticated issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes. **What You'll Need:** To perform this job optimally, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred. + Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. + Leadership skills to empower team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. + Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial related calculations.
