**About the Role:**
The role is responsible for managing IT concerns at the site, including laptops, printers, and network issues. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the FacilityBot ticketing system at CMMS (like Maximo) to ensure efficient handling of facility-related requests and issues.
**What You'll Do**
+ Address and resolve issues related to laptops, printers, and network connectivity.
+ Provide technical support to employees and ensure minimal downtime for IT-related problems.
+ Coordinate with the IT department to implement and maintain IT infrastructure at the site.
+ Manage FacilityBot Ticketing System at CMMS:
+ Oversee the FacilityBot ticketing system to ensure timely and efficient resolution of facility-related requests.
+ Monitor and manage the workflow of tickets in the CMMS (like Maximo) to ensure all issues are addressed promptly.
+ Collaborate with the facilities management team to prioritize and resolve critical issues.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
+ Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
+ Experience with facility management systems, particularly CMMS (like Maximo) is a PLUS
+ Strong technical skills in managing IT infrastructure, including laptops, printers, and network systems
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various departments.
