**Location:** Remote ( Must be local to Central Florida area )
**The role you’ll contribute:**
Works under the direction of the iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Manager or Director and is responsible for completing Supply Chain related activities including but not limited to: data conversion, functional specifications, program and system quality testing, and support with all projects whether system or operational, overseeing both direct and indirect reports. The iSynergy Supply Chain Process Manager is responsible for supporting the integrity, effectiveness, and efficiency of services related to the ERP Supply Chain team.
The iSynergy Supply Chain Process Manager is always expected to keep the confidentiality of the team and Senior leadership from discussions and advanced knowledge both at work and off hours. This position is expected to take the initiative to prioritize and manage work while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. The iSynergy Supply Chain Process Manager is also expected to act as a resource and a subject matter expert (SME) to other team members. iSynergy Supply Chain Process Manager must display a positive attitude toward decisions that have been made for direction, be collaborative on projects, embrace change and lead using the company mission, vision and values while adhering to all company policies and procedures.

· Support Supply Chain / Maintenance Application(s) and iSynergy team member efforts to
+ Optimize system effectiveness by improving existing business processes, productivity, efficiency and quality, maximizing their value while maintaining overall strategic priority
+ Facilitate cross-functional integration by actively participating in facility requirements gathering session to determine and document business objectives to identify system gaps within a defined scope and project objectives
+ Mitigate gaps and identified risks to align system functionality with overall business strategy
+ Utilize high level of conceptual and analytical skills to critique and optimize system and business process design
+ Oversee completion of internal and external documentation during project phases as assigned, assisting in development of end-user training materials
+ Participate in the documentation of lessons learned
+ Process, review and validate data with an excellent “sense of data” mindset, coaching resources to identify and errors
+ Develop thorough test scripts and document all updates, code objects and enhancements for both positive and negative testing
· Acquire, maintain and increase knowledge of Supply Chain / Maintenance business processes and general practice requirements, including applications, technology, policies, procedures and applicable external laws to anticipate and define application needs and changes
· Provide leadership to team members, both direct and indirect reports, and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others; identifying and initiating projects; managing resources; driving the resolution of issues; and holding self and team accountable for results
+ Display empathy toward others to understand their point of view, interest, workstyle and strengths to gain positive working relationships on all levels of the team
+ Share willingly new system knowledge to enhance/increase the knowledge of iSynergy team members, Supply Chain Shared Services, IT and other iSynergy partners
+ Communicate effectively with all stakeholders with precise clarity, timeliness, honesty, and balance in oral and written communications
+ Function in a fluid environment to meet changing scope and task deadlines
+ Lead by example with flexibility and adaptability to foster a culture of learning by exploring creative solutions
+ Transfer knowledge and skills by mentoring resources on best practices and development
· Lead multiple projects by completing, updating and maintaining project documentation; managing project scope, milestones and facility requirements; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing internal and external customer relationships
· May require off hours support based on project activities
Qualifications
**The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:**
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** **:**
+ Bachelor degree required or 15-20 years combined healthcare, ERP Software, Supply Chain Application support, Supply Chain or Maintenance Management experience may be considered
+ Minimum 3-5 years project/process design or improvement analysis experience
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:**
+ Master’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
+ Extensive knowledge of healthcare operations desired
+ PeopleSoft Supply Chain or equivalent software experience
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
+ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional project teams and facility resource project leads
+ Prior supervisory experience
**LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:**
+ CMRP, PMP or Six Sigma
