Advanced knowledge of Report formats needed to successfully load to OnDemand, including AFP, linedata, pdf, generic index format. Experience in using arsxml to do batch administration, Mainframe batch JCL sufficient to setup and troubleshoot transmissions using ARSJESD and ConnectDirect , Experience with file transport protocols as needed to transmit files to CMOD, arsjesd, ConnectDirect. Expertise in Demand desktop32 setup. Expertise in setting up AFP2PDF transforms and font mapping. Experience with Content Navigator setup and troubleshooting. Ability to mentor Appdev in best practices and procedures Unix Scripting (Perl, Shell) Odwek/Java programming expertise. DB2 SQL and knowledge of CMOD DB Structures. Experience with ERM and legal hold application. Experience in using Splunk and Extrahop to diagnose issues Experience with ServiceNow and MSOffice suite of software.
