The CMOD Engineer will partner with other specialists, developers, architects and technology decision-makers to guide overall direction of the user interface layer of the site and will work closely with Technical Leads, Application Architects, Software Developers and Management in a highly collaborative environment.
The candidate should have a proven track record of delivering to strategic business vision, enterprise level architecture strategies, and developing innovative enterprise IT enablement practices that build business value.

Roles and Responsibilities: Understand IBM Content Manager On Demand, Tivoli Storage Manager Design and Deployment architecture Perform CMOD, TSM administrator tasks such as Install, Configure, Maintain, Upgrade, performance monitor, Loading Handle Production requests/tickets and provide a resolution/fix within the accepted SLA Build and configure CMOD objects Applications, Application groups and folders Monitor, Identify and analyze issues in the existing various maintenance processes to fix the issues Perform code deployment on all server DEV, QA and PROD Involve and customer meeting to understand their requirements and propose solutions to implement in CMOD to archive their reports/data Coordinate with Vendor to rise tickets for the issues found with CMOD and its related products Perform code reviews and unit testing of the developed code Participate in meetings with Vendor and provide design consideration in splitting up CMOD, TSM and DB2 for Online Banking service Knowledge of CMOD Architecture hosted in Cloud Qualifications: 8 to 12 years of shown experience IBM Content Manager On Demand (CMOD) TSM administrator tasks such as Install, Configure, Maintain, Upgrade, performance monitor, Loading PROD Support and on-call support as needed Shell Scripting knowledge Knowledge of coding in Java/Python Salary and Other Compensation:Applications will be accepted until 11/10/2024
The annual salary for this position is between $80,000.00 – $140,000.00/year depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
