CMR Project Leader
Job Description SummaryAll activities providing the necessary support on pre- and post-contractual administration & management , Terms & Conditions of the contract and the Management of claims. Also involves definition, management, and execution of risk modeling activities in support of the contract or project. Also involves definition, management, and execution of contract estimating processes and activities to support tenders and project reviews. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

This position will report to the MENAT / Europe CMR Team Leader.

Essential Responsibilities

Execute & audit the technical modeling for assigned contracts as part of the CMR & Technical/Commercial ActionsLearn and apply FLIGHT DECK behaviors and fundamentals to reduce waste and improve processesEngage horizontally with Customer Program Manager, Finance, Engineering, Risk, Sales and Product Line Lead to continuously identify risks, opportunities and Technical/Commercial Action pipeline to increase contract profitabilityDevelop in-depth knowledge of a technical model along with understanding of financial impact to the contract marginPerform detailed Actualization root cause analysis and explain in a clear concise mannerIdentify contract Leading Indicators of pressure, share with broader team and work to develop risk mitigation plansComplete commercial/technical action modeling and strategic view/impact in a timely fashion meeting business needsProvide informal guidance to new team members

Required Qualifications

For roles outside of the USA- This role requires an experience in the CSA space or risk analysis. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or collegeFor roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
