Role Overview: Your role as a CMT Project Manager will embody leadership, accountability, transparency, accuracy, efficiency, productivity, profitability, and professionalism. You will be responsible for:
Providing exceptional departmental support and serving as a role model for both field and office staff.Having a thorough understanding of your assigned projects and ensuring the technical and clerical accuracy of all reports before client submission.Being proficient in most CMT field services and having a working knowledge of all subcontracted services.Training and mentoring field staff to ensure their growth and to elevate the standards of our products and services.Acting as the primary backup for field work overflow and covering for absent technicians promptly.Maintaining open communication via the company phone during active field work.Promptly responding to calls from technicians, dispatch, and management.Collaborating with the department manager to create disciplinary write-ups with instructions for resolution and discussing consequences if issues persist.Skills:
