Description
Perform all duties with a high level of leadership, accountability, transparency, accuracy, efficiency, productivity, profitability, and professionalism in effort to provide the department support and generate a role model for the field and office staff. Maintain intimate knowledge of the projects that have been assigned to you and ensure technical and clerical accuracy of all reports prior to sending to client. Proficient at most CMT field services offered by the staff and have a working knowledge of all subcontracted services. Capable of providing training and instructional support of same services to field staff to ensure their upward mobility and create an even higher standard for our products and services. Perform the function of primary fill-in for field work overflow and absent technician needs. Always be prepared to cover field work with a minimum time delay after notification. Maintain open communications through company phone at all times that field work is in progress. Prompt in answering all calls from technicians, dispatch, and management. Together with the department manager, create disciplinary write ups with instruction on how to eliminate problems and discuss consequences if problems are not resolved.Skills

Minimum 5+ years in Construction Materials TestingACI Grade I Field Radiation Safety CoursePreferred:

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $38.50
