CNA 2 - Center for Medically Fragile Children and ICF - *DAY*

The CNA2 performs nursing care functions within the scope of their practice, and other duties under the direction and supervision of a Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN). Performs duties to meet the personal and restorative care needs of residents, performs limited nursing techniques, observes and reports resident conditions, and services residents in a manner consistent with the Resident Bill of Rights.

Required Qualifications: 

Coursework/Training - Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course. Or equivalent educ/experience,  Grandfathered to CNA 2 per OSBN requirements. Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.  In compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS) a criminal background check is required for this position. 6 months - Experience as a CNA working in a health care setting.

Preferred Qualifications: 

1 year - Experience as a CNA 2.
