CNA 2 / Certified Medical Assistant
Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant II (CNA 2) Location: Raleigh, NC Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $18.00/hour Key Responsibilities: Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Administer medications and treatments as directed by nursing staff. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Ensure a safe and secure environment for both staff and inmates. Adhere to all prison policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols. Qualifications: Current CNA 2 certification in the state of North Carolina. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNA, preferably in a correctional facility. Strong understanding of correctional healthcare practices and protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
