Required Qualifications:
Coursework/Training: Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course. or equivalent educ/experience CNA 2 coursework: Grandfathered to CNA 2 per OSBN requirements. Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.Preferred Qualifications:
