Required qualifications:

Coursework/Training: Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course. Or CNA 2 coursework: Grandfathered to CNA 2 per OSBN requirements. Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. 1 year Experience with children, health care setting preferred. Recreational setting accepted.

Preferred qualifications:

1 year Experience as a CNA 2.
