Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential care and support to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role involves working closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety.Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.Assist with feeding and ensuring proper nutrition.Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.Report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff.Follow care plans and document patient care activities accurately.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in California.Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00
