We are looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in DTLA to start ASAP! ***If you're interested, APPLY NOW and EMAIL your updated resume to sstaso @ actalentservices.com!*** Schedule: 3 days/week, 12-hour shifts. 7am – 7pm or 7pm-7am Job Duties: + CNA working in a 5-star rated Hospital in DTLA + Performs personal care services, within the framework of the individual resident’s activities of daily living and functional abilities + Documents all information pertaining to each assigned resident on each shift accurately and timely + Responsible for reporting any significant changes in resident condition, incident/accidents, injuries and/or skin integrity issues noted, immediately to the charge nurse + Participates in all required/mandatory in-services + Other duties as assigned by supervisor Key Responsibilities: + Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. + Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse. + Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety. + Provide emotional support and companionship to patients. + Assist with feeding and ensuring proper nutrition. + Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. + Report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff. + Follow care plans and document patient care activities accurately.
