We offer: * Part of team with RN oversight * Weekly pay w/ direct deposit * Mobile time tracking and care notes * Free continuing education * Flexible schedule * Caregiver of the month * Pay Range for CNA/Home Health Aide/Caregivers: $15-$20 * 3 to 4-hour cases: $20 * Caregiver Homecare One on One: $15 * Facility HHA (Home Health Aid): $17 hourly (Weekdays) and $18 (Weekends) * CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) 1 on 1 in home care: $16 * Facility CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant): $19 (Weekdays) and $20 (Weekends) * We strongly live our value of a work-life balance by providing our CNA/Home Health Aide/Caregivers with the following: * Flexible work schedules on a variety of home and facility assignments * Weekend and evening opportunities, in-home and facility based * National company with over 300 locations in US * Responsibilities of CNA/Home Health Aide/Caregivers: * Various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs * Providing assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to: feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping * Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing * Requirements for CNA/Home Health Aide/Caregivers: * Minimum of ONE year of documented caregiver, home care assistance experience is required * High school diploma or GED * Certified CPR (not required) and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray * Licensed driver with reliable automobile and proof of insurance * Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
