Responsibilities:\n\nProvide client care according to the Plan of Care\nAssist client with personal care and hygiene\nLight housekeeping and meal preparation\nFollows infection control procedures\nMaintains client privacy and confidential client information\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nCurrent Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, Home Health Aide (HHA) certification, or DE CNA program completion\nOpen availability, able to work various shifts to include weekends\nCurrent CPR\/First Aid certification\nPhysical and 2 Step PPD\nAble to lift, position, and transfer patient\nStrong interpersonal skills\n\n
