CNA Responsibilities

Various personal care services in home careProviding assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to: feeding, meal preparation, shower and toileting assistance, light housekeeping, transportation, outdoor activities, and shoppingAssisting client with mobilityDocumenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing

CNA Requirements

Must be CNA certified in the state of Utah or in the process of transferring an out of state license to the state of UtahHigh school diploma or GED and be at least 18 yrs of ageCertified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray - may obtain after hireLicensed driver with insured and reliable automobile with proof of insuranceMust be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
