CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Corporate is seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in Roseville, California on a part-time, hourly basis. As a CNA, you will provide direct care and support to our senior clients in their homes, assisting them with daily living activities and promoting their overall well-being.

Compensation & Benefits: The compensation for this position is $20.50 per hour. In addition to competitive pay, we offer flexible scheduling, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive and positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and assistance to senior clients in their homes, following their individual care plans and ensuring their safety and comfort
- Help with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Administer medications and assist with medical equipment as needed
- Monitor and report on clients' physical and mental status
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients by engaging in meaningful conversation and activities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care services provided
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Requirements:
- Valid CNA certification and active on the state registry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a CNA in a healthcare or senior care setting
- Ability to lift and transfer clients, as well as stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Must have a reliable means of transportation and a valid driver's license
