Amergis Staffing is currently seeking experienced CNA Psych Personnel for Localassignments in Butner, NC!
Position Details:
Unit: Child Adolescent
Contract Length: 13 wks
Number of Openings: 8
Start Date: 2/17 or 3/3
Hours/Shifts/Schedule options:
40hrs (5×8) for any of these shifts
· 1st shift, 7:00AM- 3:30PM
· 2nd shift 3PM-11:30PM
· 3rd shift 11PM-7:30AM
Or 36hrs (3×12)
· 7a-7p
· 7p-7a
Important Info:
**If offered, candidate must be willing to attend preemployment screening which is held Tues-Thurs at 10AM OR 1PM where alift test and other pre employment items will be conducted at the facility inButner, NC**
Time off policy:
No time off is allowed within the first 4 weeks of start date! NO EXCEPTIONS If your candidate has time off within the first 4 weeks of start date please ask them to remove or push start to the next orientation date No call outs or missed days allowed during orientation – this can result to them being removed from roster until next orientation date No more than 3 days requested off per contractRequirements:
– Must be licensed for minimum 1 year
– Must have some psychiatric experience
– Must be able to attend orientation first week M-F 8A-5P(no call outs or late arrival allowed)
– Must be able to follow red dot policy (stay up to 4 hourspast shift – scheduled ahead of time)
– Must be comfortable working in a psych/crisis/detoxsetting which may include patients with aggressive behavior/temperament issues.
– Must be able to virtually interview
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs directpatient care under the direct supervision of a RN or LPN/LVN or other licensedmedical professional. The CNA/NA performs a variety of individualized patient careactivities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for thepersonal needs and comforts of patients.
Minimum Requirements:
