CNA Flex 3 Per Diem Program\n

\u2022 Per Diem positions where employees commit to work
3 days\/week
\u2022 The position is float - shifts will be assigned based
on needs of the organization
\u2022 Rotating weekends\n

Additional shifts may be worked. These shifts will be assigned according to the needs of the organization. Second and third shift differential will apply to these additional shifts. In the event the facility requests additional coverage, any time over forty hours worked will be paid at time and one-half.\n

**Only experienced C.N.A. with 1 year of experience will be considered for Per Diem positions. \n

**Experience preferred in Skilled Nursing Facility\/Long-Term Care environment.\n

Minimum Qualifications:\n

Education: High School Diploma or GED\n

Experience: 1 year experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a Skilled Nursing Facility\/Long-Term Care environment preferred\n

Licensure: Required - CT C.N.A. Certification\n
