Role: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
As a Memory Care CNA at Glenridge, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to residents with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other memory-related conditions.
What You'll Do:
Provide empathetic patient care, making a difference with every interaction.Handle communications and monitor patient conditions with attentiveness.Reports findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staffWork with nurses and activities coordinator(s) to enhance the lives of our residentsYour Qualifications:
