Certified Nursing Assistant

What you will do:

Assist nursing personnel in providing basic care for residents, necessary unit tasks and functions.Carries out assignments as instructed in a safe, appropriate and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Maintain standards of Nursing Care; performs selected resident care as directed by the RN or LPN while maintaining the dignity of the resident and in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulations.Follow work assignments, and/or work schedules in completing and performing assigned tasks.Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment through the unit and shift.

What you will need:

Must be able to read, write and speak English; High School Diploma or equivalent life-experience preferred.Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with New York State.

Pay Range: $17.55 - $22.93

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
