Announcing our new PAID CNA Training Program

You’ll begin as a Care Assistant and after approximately 90 – 120 days, with successful employment history, be referred to our educational partner for CNA classes. You will be paid minimum wage while attending classes (2 – 3 weeks) and after successful completion of classes, be paid CNA pay while you are working with the State of Mi. to take state exam and offered a fulltime position at Neighborhoods of White Lake.

How does it work?

· Must be 18 years old, high school graduate or GED, and at least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.· If selected to participate in the CNA training program at Neighborhoods of White Lake, tuition, and examination fees are paid by Trinity Health Senior Communities.
