Now hiring for full-time, and part time shifts. 

Pay: $20 - $23/hour

 

Applicants must be able to take clients to doctor appointments, outings and/or errands, need to have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, registration and car insurance.

Your Role:

As a caregiver with TheKey, you'll play a critical role in executing personalized care plans catering to the all-encompassing needs of our clients. By delivering exceptional care, aiding in daily tasks, and supervising overall care, you'll become an indispensable part of our clients' lives. We regard our clients as family and appreciate caregivers who go above and beyond to uplift their living experience.

 

Your duties will include:

Providing companionship to our clients.Assisting with transportation for appointments, errands, and recreational activities.Preparing wholesome meals.Undertaking light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry.Employing interpersonal skills, including exceptional patience and attentive listening.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

Delivering exceptional care to the dedicated client in their homeHelp execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans Complete daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social & emotional supportAssist with personal care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparationKeep order, safety and client enjoyment top of mind at all timesProvide transportation to and from appointments as neededAdministrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability or behavior Qualifications

Required Skills, Education and Certifications:

HHA, PCA, CNA, or GNA Certification preferredAlzheimer's or Dementia experience is a plusEmpathy, compassion and kindness a MUSTAbility to use sound judgement and remain calm in a variety of situationsMust be reliable, dependable and on timeBasic computer skills as well as overall technical savviness Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.Can pass a background check and provide referencesMust have a reliable means of transportation to get to and from work.
