Job Summary: The CNC Operator will set up, add/edit coding and operate CNC milling machines to fabricate metallic/non-metallic parts that meet engineering specifications.   Main Job Duties:    + Set-up, edit and operate Haas CNC machining centers  + Verify and document conformance of work using precision measuring instruments   + Use computer programs such as Syteline and Dispatch throughout the shift  + Adhere to all company policies, guidelines, and practices  + Other duties as assigned by management  + Communicate with Quality, Engineering and Supervision as required   Education:   + HS Diploma or equivalent   Experience:  + 1 year of CNC Machinist experience preferred  + Experience working in a manufacturing environment + Experience with InventorCAM post-processing preferred        Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:   + Interest in g-codes and programming language   + Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and sketches  + Proficiency in shop mathematics  + Ability to effectively communicate with production and engineering teams, both verbal and written   + Ability to work within close tolerances EOE Thank you for your interest in Impact Workforce Solutions, we are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and participate in the E-Verify eligibility confirmation program.
