**Brake Press Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Brake Press Operator with at least 3 years of experience in operating and setting up a CNC Brake Press. The ideal candidate will be proficient in working with a Bystronic CNC Brake Press and will also support the machine department and some CNC machines. The ability to read blueprints and accurately use a tape measure is essential. Pay is $24-25
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate and set up a Bystronic CNC Brake Press.
+ Support the machine department and operate some CNC machines.
+ Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
+ Use a tape measure with precision.
+ Work with various materials including aluminum, steel, and plastics.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 3 years of experience operating and setting up a CNC Brake Press.
+ Proficiency with Bystronic CNC Brake Press.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Accurate use of a tape measure.
+ Experience with calipers.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to work with various materials: aluminum, steel, and plastics.
+ Experience with calipers.

We offer a contract-to-hire position with 1st shift hours in a climate-controlled environment. Our company promotes from within, provides yearly reviews and potential raises, and maintains a supportive team of 50-60 in production.
**Work Environment**
The work environment is non-climate controlled. The hours are 5am to 3:30pm Monday through Thursday, with potential work on Friday. There is a 30-minute lunch break.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, Texas.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
