Job Title: CNC Designer/Programmer
Job Description

Applies expert level knowledge of Programmer/Designer principles and practices in a specific technical area. Produces expert-level programs or CAD models for Manufacturing, Engineering, and R&D operations per established procedures. Completes prove-outs effectively. Leads the development of program and design methods and creates related procedures. Applies problem-solving methods to support investigations. Supports and leads continuous improvement initiatives. Leads projects as assigned by Programmer/Designer manager. Completes all 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) standards to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

The work environment adheres to 5S standards, ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient setting. Employees will work on various projects utilizing NX CAD/CAM software and Macro B programming. The role involves supporting continuous improvement initiatives and leading assigned projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $38.46/hr.
