Job Description
Produce parts to customer specifications using CNC grinders, manual grinding, and polishing techniques. Ensure quality standards are met and follow production schedules to complete customer orders on time. Partner with management for problem resolution and ensure accurate data entry for CNC machine programming. Complete necessary paperwork, maintain a clean work area, wear proper PPE, follow safety guidelines, and dispose of hazardous waste materials correctly.
ResponsibilitiesProduce parts to customer specifications via CNC grinder, manual grinding, and polishing.Ensure quality standards are met as required by quality specifications.Follow dashboard to ensure customer orders are completed in a timely manner with respect to priority.Partner and communicate with management on problem resolutions.Ensure accurate data entry for programming the CNC grind machine.Complete paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines.Maintain a clean work area at all times.Ensure proper PPE is worn and safety guidelines are followed.Dispose of all hazardous waste materials correctly.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience with CNC grinding, manual grinding, and polishing.Ability to read a tape measure.Proficiency in CNC machining and programming dimensions.Experience with grinders, Bridgeport, jig, horizontal lathe, centerless grinding, and centerless machines.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong problem-solving skills.Effective communication with management.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
