**Job Title: CNC Grinding Operator** **Responsibilities** + Operate various five-axis CNC grinding machines such as EWAG, STUDER, and STAR CUTTER GRINDER. + Set up, operate, and adjust machine speeds and feeds. + Add and remove tooling as necessary. + Run multiple machines simultaneously, up to two at a time. + Perform changeovers on machines, with cycle times up to six hours. + Use AutoCAD or NX for machine programming (training provided). + Read and interpret blueprints. + Perform quality checks on parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. + Work in both job shop and production run environments. **Essential Skills** + 1-2+ years of CNC machining experience (mill or lathe experience acceptable). + High school diploma or GED. + Ability to read and use digital micrometers, calipers, and gauges. + Blueprint reading skills (training provided). **Work Environment** Our Client is a CNC grinding shop that produces diamond cutting tip tools for the automotive, aerospace, and various other industries. We have openings for both 2nd shift (3pm to 11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm to 7am). The facility offers a $1.25 shift differential for 2nd shift and $1 for 3rd shift.
