Cnc Lathe Operator
**Job Title: CNC Lathe Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our team on the first shift. The ideal candidate will have the ability to set up and operate one or more CNC or CNC lathes to perform various machining operations. This role requires proficiency in reading blueprints, selecting appropriate tools, and ensuring parts meet specifications using various measuring instruments. **Shift** First Shift: 6 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. **Pay** $18-$23, pay ranges based on experience and skillset. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret basic and complex drawings and sketches. + Use measuring tools to the .001” graduation (Micrometers, Calipers, Indicators, etc.). + Make machine adjustments to produce parts to specified tolerances. + Perform basic set-up procedures in a chuck or collet. + Download and upload part programs. + Make basic edits to part programs at the machine tool control. + Select proper cutting tools per the program set-up sheet. + Touch-off tools and set start points. + Produce complex parts with minimal supervision. + Produce parts on multiple machines simultaneously. + Perform basic maintenance tasks to keep the machine running. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
