We're currently seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Setup Operator to join us. This position Works with computer numeric controlled (CNC) heavy machinery from setup to operation to produce parts and tools from metal. May operate other machinery to include horizontal boring mill and CNC vertical and horizontal lathes. Responsibilities:Set up CNC lathe machines according to job specifications and blueprints.Load raw materials into the machine and secure them properly.Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures.Adjust machine settings, including speed, feed, and depth of cut.Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC lathe setup operator.Proficiency in reading blueprints and job specifications.Familiarity with Mori Seki, Okuma, and Haas machines.Must understand conversational programming and G-Code.Benefits and Perks:Health insuranceVision insuranceDental insurance Your New Organization: Join a team that values its employees and provides competitive compensation.
