Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and running CNC mills and lathes, serving as a working lead. This role involves ensuring the proper operation of Brother and Okuma machines, making necessary tool changes, and performing offsets. The CNC Lead will also train operators on basic machine operations, manage machine maintenance, and handle basic scheduling and time reporting tasks.

Work Environment
You will be working in a smaller shop with a total of 6 people currently, expanding to 4 people on the 2nd shift when fully staffed. The CNC shop houses approximately 10 machines.
Location
based out of Morton Grove, Illinois.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
